Progress and Timescales

We have been granted full planning permission and the building has received building regulations approval. Our consultation with user groups and the parishioners supported our plans and gave us confidence to press ahead and the faith in what we are all aiming for.

We plan to start building work in July 2010 subject to raising the target required through gifts, donations, pledges of support, bequests, grants and fund-raising events.

• Roger Hennell of Stephen A Blease Associates Ltd, Quantity Surveyor

Tenders are beeing sought in May 2010 with a view to a works start in July 2010, subject to the tender prices being within an acceptable cost range."
